When you want to synchronise data between Mamut and your Pocket PC, you need to select the modules you wish to synchronise.

Before you synchronise the two units for the first time, you can click on the Settings button to specify which information you would like to synchronise in the individual modules. Select the information you require when working away from your stationary PC.

The actual synchronisation is initiated by clicking on the Start Synchronisation button.

Important! Synchronisation will take longer the first time you run it. The reason for this is that the software itself must carry out some necessary operations during the first synchronisation. It is important that you do not interrupt the process and wait until the program has finished.

Microsoft ActiveSync

Before you begin synchronisation between a Pocket PC and the desktop PC, you must ensure that Microsoft ActiveSync is installed. You will find this program on the CD that came with your Pocket PC. You can also find it on the MBS CD in D:\Tools\ActiveSync. You also need to make sure that your Mamut program is not running on your Pocket PC.
