Synchronisation Settings for VIP Contacts

When you click the Settings button, a wizard opens, which will take you through the various settings windows for synchronisation with your Pocket PC.

In the first step of the wizard, you can specify settings for your VIP contacts.

If the No VIP Contact synchronisation box at the top is ticked, the window will not be active. Remove the tick to activate the window so you can specify which VIP contacts you would like to synchronise. The contacts are moved via the arrow buttons in the middle of the window.

Here you can transfer those contacts you work with most frequently in order to synchronise all their information with your Pocket PC. You can decide how far back and forward in time you wish to go to obtain information on VIP contacts by selecting the number of past weeks and future weeks.
