Logging in to Mamut ServiceSuite

In order to log in to Mamut ServiceSuite on the Internet you need a compatible mobile device.

How to log in to Mamut ServiceSuite on the Internet

Open a web browser.
Navigate to: http://mobile.mamut.com.

The following page will be displayed:
Select Login, to display the Login page.
In the Activation field, type in the Activation key that was provided earlier. Refer to the Main menu and select the Settings drop-down bar - Settings - Users - Edit User and then under Rights select the Internet tab to view the key.

Alternatively, you can find the activation code by selecting the Settings drop-down bar - About ServiceSuite and the About Mamut ServiceSuite screen will be displayed. The Activation key is listed on this screen under Program information. The Activation key is case sensitive and information should always be entered using capital letters.
In the User field enter the username as listed in the User field in the Edit User/Add User Settings screen.
In the Password field, enter the Password set earlier in the Edit User/Add User Settings screen.
To automatically enter the Activation key for future login, tick the Remember activation key box. The Activation key is stored for seven days, after which it will need to be entered again.
Once all fields are completed, click Login.
The following screen will be displayed and company information that is synchronised with the office installation of Mamut ServiceSuite can now be used and managed using a compatible mobile device.

You are now logged in to Mamut ServiceSuite on the Internet.

The configuration procedure assumes the user’s mobile is already configured to access the Internet. If this is not the case, contact the phone supplier for information as Internet settings differ from phone to phone.

How to Log in to Mamut ServiceSuite on your Mobile Phone

On the mobile phone, enter the Internet address that was provided under the Internet tab in the user's properties; http://mobile.mamut.com.
Select Login, which gives access to the log in screen.
In the Activation field enter the Activation key which was provided on the Internet tab in the user's properties.
In the User field enter the username.
In the Password field, enter the Password.
To automatically enter the Activation key for future login, tick the Remember activation key box. The Activation key is stored for seven days, after which it will need to be entered again.
Press Login, and the mobile solution will open for use.

You are now able to begin using Mamut ServiceSuite on your mobile phone.
