Before you are able to use Mamut ServiceSuite, you are required to enter the registration information and licence number that you received in the e-mail from Mamut.
How to enter the registration information and licence number
From the Settings drop-down bar select Settings.
Select Company information and then click Edit registration in the top toolbar.
Enter the company information in the relevant fields. All required fields are marked with a red Asterisk (*).
Once you have completed all of the required information,
enter the licence number that you received via e-mail from Mamut
in the Licence number field.
You are able to choose to receive special offers and user tips via
e-mail by ticking the box under the Licence
number field.
Once all of the information has been entered correctly, click OK.
If any required information has been omitted, a notification regarding the missing information will be displayed. Click OK and update the required information, once complete, click OK.
To confirm the successful
registration of your licence and additional licences, simply click Administer licences and under the Registered Licences tab you are able
to view this information. The new licence will be displayed along with
the date of activation.
The provided information will be used by some of the functions that
allow the exchange of information between your local installation and
your online Internet services.
You have now successfully registered
your Mamut ServiceSuite licence.
How to add the Mobile Service Licence
If a licence for the Mobile Service has been purchased, this can be added after the main product licence has been entered. It simply involves entering the mobile service licence key into the Licence number field.
To add a licence for the Mobile Service at a later point,
select the Settings drop-down
bar and click Settings - Company information and click on Edit registration.
Alternatively, you can
click Administer licenses, to the right of Edit
registration within the Company
information window, to
display the Manage Licenses window.
Click Add Licence at the top of
this window to open the Edit Registration
window.
Enter the Mobile Service Licence in the Licence number field (existing registered licences will not be affected by this action).
Once complete, click OK to register the new licence.
You have now registered
the Mobile Service Licence.
You are able to check the successful registration of additional licences in the Manage Licences window within company information. To do so, click Administer licences and then select the Registered Licences tab. The new licence will be displayed here, along with the date of activation.
Note! If a licence for the Mobile Service
has been purchased, before logging into the Mobile Service for the first
time, users MUST complete the steps described in the section 'Configuration
and Settings'.
