How to register time spent on an appointment

  1. To register the time spent on an appointment by using the mobile function, go to the selected appointment and click on Add registration by Time reg.:

  2. In order to add your time registration, click on the green plus in the right corner. You will display the following screen:

  3. Find your name in the Employee list and select type of time registration from the drop-down menu.

  4. Check that the date is correct, otherwise change it to the correct date, and use the drop-down menu to find the right time spent on the appointment.  

  5. Finally click Add registration.

The time registration will now be added to the appointment in Mamut ServiceSuite.

Note! Remember to configure and activate Exchange time registration in your Mamut ServiceSuite application in order to register hours spent on an assignment via your mobile. Read more here
