Mamut is responsible for all maintenance of the programs within the service. You will be notified in advance about major updates such as updates of Mamut Business Software and upgrades of Microsoft Office.
Minor maintenance services will normally be performed after normal working hours (7a.m. - 5p.m.) and will be announced if the performance of the service is affected. This information may be released on short notice depending on the urgency of the maintenance task and may describe how you as a user may be affected.
