About the Job Register

The Job Register in Mamut Online Desktop allows you to create new jobs as well as view, edit, delete and create sales orders linked to existing jobs in Mamut Online Desktop. Jobs created in Mamut Online Desktop will be synchronised with Mamut Business Software and vice versa. You can define the Priority, set the job to Inactive, link to a Department as well as plan the duration of the job. Please note that all jobs are also projects and that a job is a specific project type.

You can create and find jobs via the Contact Work Area in Mamut Online Desktop, where you will find an entry point to the job list or via the main menu bar in Mamut Online Desktop.

The job register allows you to follow the development of your jobs by assigning different statuses (planning, execution, completed and inactive). This will provide you with an overview of the jobs your company is working on.

Sales orders for jobs

The Job Register allows you to create a sales order based on a job. You are able register detailed information about each job in the sales order. All information is gathered in the job card which you can access from the job list and the sales orders will also be visible within the Sales module in Mamut Online Desktop.

Filters and Reports

You are able to filter the job list by status, name and class. This will make working with the functionality much easier. In addition, the Job Register includes a set of reports that will help you manage and access all information. You can also generate a PDF, or you can apply a filter to access specific information.

Integration with other Work Areas in Mamut Online Desktop

The Job Register is integrated with the Contact and Sales work areas in Mamut Online Desktop. This means that contacts registered in the contact module can be linked to jobs in the Job Register. In addition, the Sales integration allows you to view the sales orders you have created.
