Select the desired quotation/sales order in the list.
Tip! If you have a lot of registered quotations/sales orders,
you can use the Search function
to help you easily identify quotations/sales orders. In the list for Sales
order you can also use the drop-down list Status
to filer the list.
Click Edit in the toolbar if you wish to edit the quotation/sales order, and then click on one of the Save alternatives once you have finished making changes.
You have now viewed and/or edited the quotation/sales order.
How to remove a quotation/sales order
Registered quotations/sales orders without stock transaction or purchase reservation can never be deleted or removed from the system, but you have the possibility to register quotations/sales orders as lost sales or cancelled. These will then still be available within Mamut Business Software and in certain reports, but will no longer be visible in the Sales work area in Mamut Online Desktop.
Open the sales order you want to delete as described in the procedure above.
Click Edit in the toolbar.
Click Delete.
Then select if you want the quotation/order to be cancelled or registered as a lost sale. The status Lost sale gives you access to include information about why the sale was not processed.
You have now deleted the quotation/order from Mamut Online Desktop by registering it as a cancelled or lost sale.
Note! If a sales order has stock transactions or purchase reservations, you will not be able to change the status to Cancelled or Lost sale. These buttons will therefore be greyed out when you click Delete.
