User Settings for Quotations/Sales orders

In the user settings you are able to customise the quotation and order card in the Sales work area. You are able to define the settings according to your needs and demands in order to perform daily tasks by defining which fields, check boxes and other functions will be displayed.

This might be useful if you are visiting a customer and creating new quotations/sales orders, and do not want the customer to be able to view sensitive data related to your company.

You can reach the User Settings by clicking Settings - User Settings - Quotation/Sales order.

Tip! It is also possible to access the User Settings by clicking on the User Settings button in the Sales card toolbar.

Use the arrow buttons to the right to hide or show all of the panels.

Click Save & Close in order to save your settings.

Default Setup

The settings can be adapted for users who have advanced and/or simpler needs. The Default Setup area allows you to use predefined setups for the sales card.

Simple: Simplifies the screen and displays only required fields.

Normal: Displays default fields and functionality.

Advanced: Shows all available fields and additional functionality.
