Once you have ordered the service and the users have been set up, every user will receive an e-mail to their registered e-mail address. The e-mail will contain a link, user name and password to the service.

Mamut Application Hosting will work on all modern browsers, but Internet Explorer has a feature that makes it easier to start the programs. This makes it possible to do not have to enter your password several times. We recommend to use Internet Explorer to log on to Mamut Application Hosting.

Note that login with a browser is only supported on machines with Windows installed. Read more about logging on to Mac, iPad or Android.

How to log in to Mamut Application Hosting with Internet Explorer (recommended)

Internet Explorer is installed on all machines with Windows. If you cannot find IE on the task bar, you can click on the start button search for it (Internet Explorer)

  1. Start Internet Explorer and go to asp.mamut.net.
  2. First time you visit this page, a yellow and white message will appear on the lower part of the screen asking if you want to run the add-on.
    1. Click Allow. You need to do this only once.
  3. Log in with your username and password and start the program you wish to use. You will not be asked for username and password when starting the programs.

How to log in to Mamut Application Hosting with other browsers

  1. Start with your preferred browser and go to asp.mamut.net.
  2. Log in with your username and password. Start one of the programs.
  3. A file will be downloaded to your machine. Click to open the file (depending on your browser you might have to click Save and the Open)
  4. The screen Entering your credentials will be displayed. Enter your username and password again and click OK. After logging in, you will be asked for username and password only when opening the first program.

You are now logged in and can start using the service.
