Log in with your user name and password: Your user name and password are created when you become a user in the system. If you have access to settings for User profile (for your own use) you can change the password yourself. Users who have access to User administration (for all users) will be able to change the password for you, even if that person does not know your previous password.

Automatic Login: The program can log you on automatically. For this you need to be using the same user name as for your operating system and tick the box for automatic login in the user settings.

Tip! If you have just started up/installed and have not registered any data of importance, you can cut out a few folders from the Data folder. This way you delete everything that is stored and can start all over. Find out more in How to delete all data in a system database.

Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password you should get in touch with a user who has Full access/Super user rights, so that they can change the password for you.

If you forgot your password and would like us to help you get back into the program, you will have to get in touch with the Mamut Support Centre. A form will be sent out in order to help identify you. This is to protect you and other users against misuse.

When you have completed the form you can fax it to Mamut Support Centre, on 020 7153 0901, and one of our consultants will call you and help you get back into the program.

Note! You will have to sit at your computer in order for us to help you. Be aware that we can charge you for this service if it is a user mistake.
