Username and Password

View - Settings - User or View - Settings - Security - User administration

Under the User Settings you register the employees Username and Password that are required for logging into the system. The password needs to be entered in both the Password and Verify password fields. This is done to ensure that the current password is correct.

Important! You cannot include spaces or full stops in the user name or password.

You can change your password in this screen. Alternatively, the system administrator can change the password for you.

System Administrator/Super User

The person taking care of the system is often called the System administrator. In Mamut Business Software, the System administrator can be a user that has been set up with the System administrator access template. Read more in User Access Rights. A user whose access profile includes Full access/Super user is usually the same person who has the ultimate administrative responsibility within the system.

Tip! The system administrator can differentiate the users' database access from the SQL Server.
