About the Products view


In the Products view, depending on your access role, you can view and/or administrate your Mamut services/products and licences. The different services/products are grouped in panels. Within the panels, use the radio buttons to select the service/product you would like to access.

Note! If you are logged in as a user without administration rights, the Products view will only contain information regarding your product access.

Product Administration

Click on the icons representing your services/products in order to access the product administration screen. Further information about the different administrative options available for each product in the Products view can be found here.

Contract Information

Click on Contract Information to access the contract information about your services/products. Here you will find the details about the start date and expiry date of your contracts, as well as the status and number of users of your products.

If the status of your product is Blocked, the icon of the corresponding product will be greyed out in the main Products view. If a product is blocked you will not be able to administer it and you are not able to assign access to that product to any user either.

In order to unblock a product and restore the previous status, you need to register a support query. Read more here.
