receive an e-mail when the new accounts have been successfully created.Through Account Administration you are able to purchase additional user accounts for Microsoft Office 365. If you have Mamut One Bronze, you will be able to Purchase Mamut One Connect accounts. Mamut One Connect accounts give access to both Mamut Online and Microsoft Office 365. You are able to have up to 50 user accounts and you are allowed to buy a maximum of 10 accounts at a time.
How to purchase additional Microsoft Office 365 user accounts
Click Products in the top menu.
Select the domain through the radio buttons, in case you have more than one.
Click Microsoft Office 365 to open the administration screen.
Click Account Administration and Purchase accounts or Purchase MamutOne Connect , depending on your licence.
In the wizard opening, select how many additional user accounts you want to purchase in the corresponding drop-down list.
Click Next.
Check that the order summary is correct. If not, click Previous and correct your choice.
Read the general terms for the purchase, and accept them by selecting the corresponding check box.
Click Confirm.
Your order has now been placed. You will
receive an e-mail when the new accounts have been successfully created.
If you have purchased MamutOne Connect , the user for Mamut Online will become available upon payment of the invoice.
Be aware that once you have purchased the account, you need to activate them and then you need to assign access to the service to every user.
Note! If your domain contract expires
in 90 days or less, you are not able to purchase additional user accounts.
You are able to see the status of your contract through the Contract
information screen.
