Account Administration


.Account Administration enables you to perform the administrative tasks within Mamut Online Desktop. Here you can administer users within your company database, invite new users and manage your Mamut ID profile.

Open the Account Administration screen by clicking Settings - Account administration.

User Administration

User Administration allows you to administer which users within the current company database will have access to Mamut Online Desktop. You can also view and edit current users of the company database. The page displays users with the status: Active user, Invited, not yet activated user and Not invited (no access).

Invite User

Invite User allows you to invite other users to Mamut Online Desktop. Here you are able to send an invitation by selecting the user’s details from the fields provided and include a personal message. Only users registered as Administrator within Mamut Business Software can invite other users.

My Mamut ID Profile

Mamut ID is a common login service for a range of applications and services provided by Mamut. Within your Mamut ID profile you are able to view or edit information about your user account to online services provided by Mamut.
