User Administration - Manage Users
In the Manage User screen, you can quickly access information about your license and user information.
It contains information about the number of users you can invite to use Mamut Online, as well as how many invitations are remaining on that license.
This screen also displays all users that are eligible for a Mamut Online invitation. For users to be eligible, they must be registered as a user and an employee in your locally installed Mamut Business Software. As long as those prerequisite are made, users will be shown on the screen and you can see their status, role, and what actions are available.
Status: A user status will be shown as either Not invited, Invited, Active, or Inactive. When inviting a user by clicking on Send Invite under the Actions column, the status will change to Invited. After the user has logged in for the first time to Mamut Online, the status will change to Active. By clicking on the Deactivate button under the Action column, status will change to Inactive.
Role: Which Role you assign a user defines the level of access to Mamut Online. Each user can be granted access to each individual area/function by choosing user-defined role, or be assigned to a predefined role. For more information on managing roles, and creating new roles, click About Manage Roles.
Note! Only the Super User (user with full access to the system) can assign and remove roles. There must always be at least one Super User within the system.
Actions: Under the column Action you have the possibility to click on the button expand to change or define a role. Here is where you invite new users to Mamut Online, as well as deactivating existing users and deleting invitations.
