You are able to make a full credit of any invoice. Based on user rights this can be done in both editable and non-editable mode for the invoice. Crediting an invoice will create an unissued credit note, which you are able to edit before you process it further.
How to credit an invoice
Go to Work areas - Sales - Invoices and open an invoice you wish to credit.
Click on the Credit
button and
then click OK.
Note! Before the synchronisation process is finished the unissued
credit note will have a temporarily status until it gets its unissued
credit note number.
Once the synchronisation is finished you are able to edit the unissued credit note, before you move on to the next step. There you will invoice it and create the final credit note. Click Edit if you wish to change the content.
Click Invoice to create the final credit note.
Once having the credit note number you can choose to view and print the credit note by clicking the Preview PDF button.
You have now created a credit note from an invoice.
