Downloading to Microsoft Excel

The following reports are downloadable to Microsoft® Excel®;

How to download your Analysis Reports to Microsoft Excel

  1. Open the report you wish to download by clicking the report name in question under Summary Analysis.

  2. You can click Edit to the right of Viewing Period or Materiality in order to change the period displayed or which materiality level should be used. Read more about The Viewing Period and Managing Materiality Level.

  3. Click on the Export to Excel button at the top-right of the screen.

  4. In the File Download window that appears select Open or Save to view the file. The information is then displayed as a spreadsheet.

    You will see the summary worksheet containing the analysis results of your current view. Accompanying the summary worksheets are separate worksheets for each unresolved issue found, enabling you to drill-down to the underlying transactions.

    To drill-down to the underlying transactions you can either click directly on the issue you wish to review or you can select the relevant worksheet at the base of the spreadsheet.

  5. To save this spreadsheet, select the File - Save As menu option and save the file, with an XLS extension, in the appropriate place on your computer’s hard disk.

Your Analysis Reports have now been downloaded to Microsoft Excel and saved locally.

Downloading your Statement Summary

You are able to initiate a download at the summary level, which will export both the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss statements regardless of if you are currently working with the Profit & Loss Issues or Balance Issues. Alternatively, you can download issues from specific accounts or categories in either the Profit and Loss or the Balance Sheet by clicking issues.

Balance Sheet / Profit Loss Download

  1. Open the Profit & Loss or the Balance by clicking Profit & Loss Issues or Balance Issues in the menu to the left.

  2. You can click Edit to the right of Viewing Period or Materiality in order to change the period displayed or which materiality level should be used. Read more about The Viewing Period and Managing Materiality Level.

  3. Click on the Export to Excel button at the top-right of the screen.

  4. In the File Download window that appears select Open or Save to view the file. The information is then displayed in Microsoft Excel. You will see the summary worksheet.

  5. Click directly on the statement you wish to review or select the relevant statement worksheet at the base of the spreadsheet.

    You will only be able to drill-down on issues that have been reported within each of the statement categories; these will be highlighted and underlined. To review these issues, click directly on any of the available categories.

  6. To save your exported spreadsheet, select the File - Save As menu option and save the file, with an XLS extension, in the appropriate place on your computer’s hard disk.

Your statement has now been downloaded to Microsoft Excel and saved locally.
