Update Wizard

The installation program searches for earlier versions of the program, and starts the update wizard for the first time startup of the program, once the new version has been installed.

Note! The system administrator is the only person who is able to update to a new version. Read more about Update Wizard- username and password.

Status

If deviations have been discovered during the update, this will be shown under Technical information. You can save this information by selecting Export to PDF. Deviations will be solved during the update without error. However, it is recommended that you save the information.

An error occurred during the update

If errors are found during the update, that could not be repaired automatically, you will receive a message regarding this.

Reporting an error: You can report the error directly to Mamut Support Centre.

Export to PDF: The information regarding the update is saved in a PDF file, which can be printed, or sent electronically to Mamut Support Centre. Read more about the Mamut Support Centre here.
