The Supplier Ledger List

The Customer ledger list is an entry list that provides a overview of all entries made against your customers. The customer ledger list also shows the statuses of the various items in your accounts. In the user settings you can define which columns you want displayed and the number of filters criteria and statuses you want made available to you in the Customer ledger list.
How to find sales invoices that are past their due date
- Select Openfrom the first filter drop-down list.
- Select Invoices - Due in the second filter drop-down list.
- Enter 0 in the supplier field and click Update
to display all customers. If you only want to display one customer:
- Open the supplier list
- Select the specific supplier.
- Click OK.
- Choose an invoice you wish to have a closer look at. Select from toolbar drop-down list Show details to activate the ledger list. The Ledger list will reveal whether other items are linked to the invoice you selected from the top card. All these items can be processed further.
- Select the item to be processed from the Detailed list.
- Select whether to:
- Enter a Receipt/payment
- Edit the item
- Go to purchase order
- Go to journal
- Match/link items
Note! At the bottom of the window you can see a summary showing the Total outstanding, Current and Overdue amounts for the highlighted supplier.
