you are required to activate it first.

How to activate Hosted Exchange
Click Products in the top menu.
Select your domain through the radio buttons, in case you have more than one.
Click Start using Hosted Exchange.
The activation
of Hosted Exchange will
now be initiated.
Tip! Once the activation has taken place you
will receive a confirmation e-mail. You are able to check the status of
Hosted Exchange within
Contract Information.
Once you have received confirmation via e-mail that your service has been
activated, you are able to refresh the status of your contract and access
the administration menu by clicking the Activate
icon; that is if you did not log out of myMamut
since running the activation wizard.
