About Contact Person List

The contact person list gives an overview over you collection of contact persons. Here you can search and filter for contact persons, print to PDF, edit your contact persons, and view activities and documentation connected to a specific contact person.

The contact person list is divided into two sections, or modes: Maximised mode and Minimised mode. You switch between these using the arrow icon at the top right corner of the contact person list. Minimised mode displays the contact person list together with a simplified contact person card, showing an overview over the most common features. Here you can print the contact information, deactivate, and activate the contact person. It is not possible to edit any other information in minimised mode.

If you want to view or edit a contact person's information you click on the Show button under the Actions column, thus entering Edit or View mode of the full contact person card. Note that what is available to edit is dependent on your role. If you have a restricted access role you enter View mode where it is not possible to add or edit any information. With a full access role you enter Edit mode and can add or edit all information. Read more in About Manage Roles.

How to search for a contact person

In maximised mode you can search for a contact person in all of the columns, as well as sort a column by clicking on the column header. When searching, for example on a contact person's name, you can enter either the start of the name, middle, or end of the name, as well as part of the name. In minimised mode, the contact person list with a simplified contact person card, you can search on contact person name and contact name.

How to print the contact person list

You can print out your whole contact person list, or you can filter your contact list first by for example a specific contact person, and then print out your filtered contact person list. Click the print icon on the top left menu to print.

How to show inactive contact persons

Click on the Show inactive icon on the top left to show all your inactive contact persons.
