In the Accounting work area in Mamut Online you can register journal entries - anywhere and anytime: You can define e.g. different types of invoices, stock movements and journals in different currencies. Via the Journal Entry Card and the Journal List you can add and edit journal entries and transfer them to the General Ledger in Mamut Business Software. Both windows are easy to use and based on existing functionality in Mamut Business Software. All journal entries in Mamut Business Software are synchronized with Mamut Online.
Who is the typical user?
The functionality is especially for accountants and their clients who want to collaborate through Mamut Online to exchange information about journal entries. To make the functionality easy-to-use for both user groups, there is one access profile for each of them. By selecting the correct access profile, you will get an user interface which is optimised for your accounting tasks.

Standard procedure
Once you have assigned the access profiles, the standard working procedure
in this work area would be as follows:
As a client, you register a new journal. The journal will be visible for
your accountant.
As a accountant you can now control your client's journal entry. Once this
is done, you transfer the journal to the client's Nominal Ledger in Mamut Business Software.
