View - Travel CRM Synchronisation
settings
Conflicts may occur during synchronisation if the same data is changed in both the main database and local database. In this screen you can specify how such conflicts will be resolved. All changes that do not create conflicts will be synchronised.
Selections for resolving conflicts
Automatic
Keep changes in main database: If this option is selected, changes made in the main database will be retained and those made in the local database will be discarded.
Keep changes in local database: If this option is selected, changes made in the local database will be retained and those made in the main database will be discarded.
Retain most recently updated (newest) field: If this option is selected, the most recent change will be retained and the oldest ones will be discarded.
I will decide which values are to be retained
If this option is selected, you can decide which values are to be kept and which are to be discarded, on a one by one basis.
At the bottom of the settings window you can click the Users in offline mode link to see which users are disconnected from the main database. This assumes that you have a server installation with at least one client.
The link Synchronisation conflicts displays a list of all conflicts and how they have been resolved over the last seven days. It specifies the value in the local database (Value) and the one in the main database (Central value) as well as the rule that was applied to solve the conflict.
